THE HAMILTON MARIST CLUBROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR HIREAGE.

The club is a well known venue that has great daytime conference venue facilities. Conference facilities include excellent kitchen facilities , seating for up to 150 people, data projector and big screen, sound system and ample parking at the front door.
Our modern-day club can seat up to 150 and has full bar facilities. Our friendly Club Manager and professional bar staff will ensure your function runs smoothly and is enjoyed by all.
Under NO circumstances do we allow BYO alcohol at any function and will not tolerate drunkeness or drug usage.

Club Hirage Rates
Our club hireage rates are very reasonable. They are:

Basic Facility Day Hire – Minimum charge up to 8 hours -$250.00 plus GST – this is negotiable depending on services needed and period required. Microphone, IPOD connections and data show projector and screen is available. Iced water supplied if requested at no additional cost. Tea and coffee can be supplied at $2 per head if required.

Multi day hire by Negotiation.

Full Hire ( with Bar Facilities – special conditions apply)– Minimum charge – $450.00 plus GST –  this is negotiable depending on services needed. For some events, a non-refunadable bond of $200.00 or a late cancellation fee may apply. A signed agreement will be required before any full-hireage is confirmed.

Note –  Not all Saturdays during the Rugby season from March to August may be available for private hire due to scheduled club activities. Others days during the week should be available. Call the club if you have any queries.

Food and catering
Kitchen facilities are available and for preparation or heating of food if need be but not cooking food.
